Club Studio Fitness will open its first South Jersey location at the Ellisburg Shopping Center in Cherry Hill. The California-based brand will occupy 30,240 square feet, replacing the former BuyBuy Baby space. Federal Realty Investment Trust owns the shopping center. The gym is expected to open in spring 2027 and will mark the brand’s second New Jersey location, following its Edgewater opening last year.

The Camden County facility will feature boutique studio fitness classes alongside free weights, cardio equipment, and strength training zones. Functional training areas will support full-body workouts. Members will also enjoy premium amenities, including a juice bar, stretch stations, upscale locker rooms, and advanced recovery services. Recovery offerings will include cryotherapy and red-light therapy.

Fitness International owns Club Studio Fitness and also operates LA Fitness, Esporta Fitness, and City Sports Club. The first Club Studio Fitness location opened in December 2022. The Cherry Hill opening will become the brand’s third Greater Philadelphia location. A 50,000-square-foot Club Studio Fitness is planned at Wynnewood Shopping Center in late 2026.
