The project will go before the local planning board for approval. The site’s location, high traffic volume, and proximity to surrounding retail and residential development make it an attractive candidate for a service-oriented use such as a car wash.
Existing car wash operations already serve the area (for example, White Glove Car Wash & Detail is located at 634 Haddonfield Rd in Cherry Hill).
The developer aims to modernize and enhance automotive services along this corridor, subject to planning and municipal approval.
