The Mexican Food Factory site in Marlton sold for $2.3M on Feb. 7. The former landmark restaurant, closed since December 2023, will be converted into a cannabis dispensary. A.J. Sussman Co. represented the buyer, 601 Route 70 LLC of Macungie, Pa., in acquiring the 1.2-acre site at 601 Route 70 West. Attorney Richard Freedman represented the seller. The buyer has secured a cannabis license from the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission, and Evesham Township has approved plans for a Class 5 dispensary, set to open in early 2026.
