Digital-native brand Warby Parker set up shop at the Cherry Hill Mall in April, expanding the mix of retail tenants at real estate investment trust PREIT’s flagship property. Now, the shopping center is announcing four new options, including two first-to-portfolio leases for the Philadelphia-based firm.
Fashion offerings Psycho Bunny and Levi’s make their PREIT debut, with the former expected to open in mid-2023 and the latter set to open its doors in time for this year’s holiday season.
According to PREIT, the Levi’s location will be the only full-price store in the South Jersey Market. Rumi Life is also set to join the roster, though an anticipated opening was not disclosed. The location is one of two stores in the market from the lifestyle purveyor.
And seafood restaurant Eddie V’s is expected to open its first South Jersey location – its second in the state – in spring 2023.
