The brokerage team represented ownership in the deal at 480-488 Evesham Road, home to Town Center at Short Hills. An undisclosed tenant will join existing occupants, including Starbucks, Classic Cake, Radin’s Deli, Olive Nails, and Altum Chiropractic.

WCRE Executive Vice President Eric Flocco represented the landlord in this transaction at the 40,764-square-foot retail and office development, although the size of the deal has not been disclosed.
