A classic Wawa on Route 70 in Cherry Hill, located at the edge of the Kingston neighborhood and across from Barclay Farms, is set to close on October 7th
A classic Wawa on Route 70 in Cherry Hill, located at the edge of the Kingston neighborhood and across from Barclay Farms, is set to close on October 7th, according to store employees.
Plans to replace it with a new Super Wawa across the street in Barclay Farms Shopping Center were withdrawn due to local opposition. The closure leaves the Barkley-Kingston area without a nearby Wawa. Another legacy Wawa, about 1.25 miles away at Cooper Landing Road, closed a decade ago.
